By purchasing or downloading any house plan from Rynkorp Design Limited (“Rynkorp”), you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the licensing, use, and limitations of all plans and supporting materials:

1. License Type

All Rynkorp house plans are sold with a Single-Use License unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This license grants the purchaser the non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the purchased house plan for the construction of one (1) residential structure only, at one site address.

2. Permitted Use

The plans may be used for:

• One-time construction of a residential structure for personal use or use by the named purchaser
• Submission to local planning or building authorities for approval
• Coordination with licensed contractors, engineers, or consultants for that single project
• Requesting estimates, bill of quantities, or construction-related services

3. Prohibited Use

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Resell, sublicense, distribute, reproduce, or share the plans (digitally or physically) to any third party
• Use the same plan to build more than one dwelling (even on the same site) without written consent and license extension
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding contained within the plans
• Claim authorship or create derivative works for commercial resale based on the original design
• Post or distribute the plans publicly, including uploading to file-sharing sites or social media

Violations of this policy will be considered a breach of contract and intellectual property infringement, subject to legal enforcement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All architectural designs, plans, illustrations, and associated content remain the intellectual property of Rynkorp Design Limited.

Purchase grants limited usage rights only — it does not transfer ownership or authorship of the designs. All rights not explicitly granted remain reserved by Rynkorp.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

Rynkorp provides plans “as-is,” without warranties or guarantees as to the outcome of construction. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the plans comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permit requirements.

Rynkorp is not liable for errors, omissions, or damages incurred from the use or misuse of any plan. It is the buyer’s responsibility to work with a qualified local professional (architect, engineer, or contractor) before construction.

6. Modification Requests

Rynkorp allows for customization of standard plans upon request. These modifications are billed separately and must be quoted and approved in writing prior to work commencing.

Any modifications performed by a third party do not grant the right to redistribute or resell the resulting plans.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the plan files have been delivered. Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing.

8. Enforcement

Rynkorp actively monitors and enforces copyright protections on all design works. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
